The classic OCI environment is no longer accessible

Hello,

Im reaching out to inform that we cannot access the classic OCI environment. As a result, I am unable to extract the SUM via the new OCI link.
The only accessible files are located under "Cost and Usage Reports" in the "Billing and Cost Management" section; however, I am unable to open these files. Below is a reference view for your reference:
