How to make certain sections read-only on Talent Pool page and Succession Plan page in Redwood UI

We have a requirement to make certain sections read-only on Talent Pool page and Succession Plan page in Redwood UI, specifically Pool Info, Talent Pool Member, Plan Info, Plan Candidates, and Plan Owner sections. However, we are currently unable to make these sections read-only, as there is no option available in Express Mode.

We want to ensure that these sections are displayed in read-only mode for users with a specific role when accessing or editing Talent Pool and Succession Plan data via Redwood UI.

Please let us know how we can achieve this, or whether such an option is available in Redwood.
