Incident Report with Assigned By & ReAssigned Values

Hi All,

I am new here. I am trying to create a report which will tell how many incidents were assigned to an account from one Rightnow ID, along with that How many incidents were reassigned from this account to another account.

Eg: One column with Incidents assigned by Account A to Account B, Second Column with Total Incidents solved by Account B & Total Incidents reassigned by Account B.

How to achieve this?, Please do the needful.
