Redwood- Suffix field list of values not populating

Hello,

We are experiencing a similar issue in Redwood on the, Add a Pending Worker page where the Suffix field is not populating. We did confirm that the Suffix field is populating values in Responsive UI, but not in Redwood. We were hoping the 25B quarterly updates would fix this issue, but it did not. These updates were applied to our test environment this past weekend. Is this a bug or a known issue in Redwood for this page? I did submit an SR, but just curious if anyone has seen this? Does it have anything with managing common lookups or
