Location and Postal Code are not Populating In Candidate Search

Hello,

We are running into an error in the candidate search functionality for redwood recruiting. In the filters section, Location and Postal Code are not returning any results for city names/postal codes entered. For example, if I searched for Detroit or Detroit, MI the field is not recognizing the value and states "No matches found". This is not correct and it cannot find other cities as well. In the postal code section, the same thing shows up when searching based on postal code. Attached below are screenshots of the filters not working correctly. How can this be solved? Is there a
