25B Enhancement - Redwood: Editing Goals in Check-ins not working for Development Goals

Summary:

In this 25B enhancement, Employees and Managers can now edit goal details from the check in document. When we click on an existing Development goal, the goal becomes visible and quickly disappears and becomes un-editable. If a new Development goal is pulled in to the Check-In document, it is visible, but when you click edit, the details do not load and it shows an error that there is a pending goal. This occurs while transacting as the employee or the line manager. We have tested this with multiple users and the same occurs.
