Report on chat button visibility

Hi colleagues,
My company will be using web chat and deploying a dynamic chat request button on our website. The button will disappear from customer view when we have no agents available. I am trying to find or develop a report that will tell me how often the button is not visible during a given period. I haven't been able to find a standard report that will give this information: is there one and, of not, is it possible to determine when the button has disappeared?
