Reporting against the SCCL Widget

Hi All,

I don't think I have seen this posted previously.

We have implemented the Syndicated Conditional Chat Link onto one of our portals and I was looking to see if there are any reports based on when the link was disabled, how long for and the reason (Wait time too high, no agents, etc)

Looking though all of the Standard chat reports and the widget documentation I have not been able to find anything that is of help.

Do these reports exist or does anyone know which tables can be used to build some?
