How to continue with creating a job requisition after Details section is complete?

Issue with workflow after Details section is completed. We are experiencing an issue after completing the ‘details’ tab. It doesn't allow users to continue and/or save and close after the ‘Details’ section.

Navigation Path: My Team/My Client Groups > Hiring >  Requisitions > Create
