Report on companies submitting tickets

Afternoon everyone,
I've loaded over a thousand new orgs into RN, all of which are associated with one company (Hierarchy). Now that said companies are submitting tickets I need to report on them. I thought it would be easy but I can't seem to figure this out. The attached image shows what I have set up on my report at this level "Grid Report\Child Orgs\Incidents".
When I open my report I click the total number of incidents which brings me to my report which only contains two columns... "Organization Hierarchy - Level 2" and Count. If a ticket was not submitted under or by one of these thousands of clients I uploaded but was submitted by this larger client (CLIENT A), the ticket would show up as "No Value".
