Journey for Goals and Performance Document

Summary:

We have a process where we assign a goal plan. The employee then evaluates the goals, creates new, deletes etc. and has then a meeting with their manager to align and establish those goals to be the target for the year. This then needs to be agreed upon and signed off. I've created a performance template for this sign off.

Is there a possibility to create a journey to guide the user to first the goal plan and then the sign off document?

I am not able to find any application embedded tasks for goal or performance document. Has anyone done something similar perhaps?
