Career Development Dashboard for Manager

We have received a requirement from one of the Customer, from the manager to identify gaps in individual skills and qualifications relative to employees’ current roles. To support this, the customer would like to have a dashboard that presents all relevant details for each employee on a single page, allowing for easy comparison and analysis.
