Redwood: Career Roles not populating in Career Development

When filtering to Career Roles, nothing is showing up.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have enabled Redwood for Career Development (Opportunity Marketplace) but the but when filtering to Career Roles under Explore tab, nothing is showing up.


Below are the actions taken but still facing the same issue:

  1. Define a position job profile for a career role and associate it with the respective job. (We are only utilizing Job Profile)
  2. Enabled following profile options:
    1. ORA_HCM_OPP_MARKET_PLACE_CAREER_ROLES
    2. ORA_HCM_OPP_MARKET_PLACE_JOBS
  3. Added the following role/privileges to custom employee role:
