How to automatically remove corporate card inactive date?

Situation where a card holders card is temporarily suspended at the bank. The V9 status is updated with the bank, and the VCF file includes V9 status in field 21 along with an inactive date (Account Closed Date) in field 7. This automatically adds the Inactive Date in Fusion for the card. When the hold is removed at the bank, the VCF file is arrived with field 21 null, which indicates an active card, and field 7 is also null, but Fusion does not remove the Inactive Date on the cardholder.
