How to get a report on missed chats?

Hi,

I have a requirement to get the data for missed chats. I can see that interaction_segment_events.event_id has got values like "Declined", "Abandoned", "Abandoned after Assigned"... and so on. I was able to pull out a report for Abandoned interactions in a similar way. But for missed interactions, I am not able to figure out on how to pull the report. Any assistance in this regard would be really helpful.
