Prescreening questions can be made hidden/read only mode for hiring manager

Summary:

Hello Everyone,

We have a customization of Hiring managers not able to add prescreening questions while raising a job requisition. But after enabling redwood there is a bug while we cannot hide prescreening questions, Is there any way can we put them on read only mode so that they cant be editable?
