Redwood License and Certifications section stopped working after 25B

Summary:

While regression testing 25B we have discovered that existing Licenses and Certifications are not appearing on the Redwood Skills and Qualifications page. Additionally, any new Licenses and Certifications added by a Talent Specialist do not reflect and appear to not be saving; however, if we navigate to the responsive UI page, the added Licenses reflect. The issue began after 25B and is happening in our lower environments but not Production which has not received 25B yet.

User Kondapaturi has an existing license on their record. If we navigate via My Client Groups > Persona Management > Query Worker > Talent Profile > Scroll down to Licenses & Certifications section, we can see one active License.
