In May 2016 I noticed an increase in visitor actions/visits when I ran my Service Summary report, ID:36.  Oracle technical support responded to my service request and identified that we were hit by a BOT from a Russian IP address.

How do I identify this activity myself and what report do I run to filter out these IP addresses once identified? Oracle said I cannot do this via analytics and wants me to contact OCS.

Any suggestions out there from someone experiencing the same issue?

Thank you.

Denise
