Reporting on articles that reference a specific word

Hello Everyone!

Does anyone know if there's a way to run a report that will give a list of all answers that contain an exact word within the Content section of the Answer? I tried to create a custom report, but there didn't seem to be anything in the Data Dictionary that appeared to fit that as a filter.
