Managing skills for employees with job changes

Hi Team,

Do you know if it's possible to handle the situation where an employee has changed jobs during the year, and during the evaluation, HR needs to evaluate the skills the employee had on a certain date (which may not match the skills associated with the job the employee holds at that time)?
