Performance Goal Completion – How to Enable Granular Rating Percentages (e.g., 5%, 10%) in Redwood

Hi everyone,

We’re currently working on configuring the Performance Goals section in Oracle Talent Management and would like to know if it's possible to allow more granular rating percentages for goal completion — for example, enabling users to enter completion values like 5%, 10%, 15%, etc., instead of being limited to broader intervals (e.g., 25%, 50%, 75%).

Is there a way to modify this behavior through configuration or personalization? Or is there any delivered functionality or workaround that would allow us to support more precise goal progress tracking?

Any guidance or shared experience would be much appreciated.
