Warning when adding overtime rate via Calculation Cards (PAY-1636786)

Summary:

When attempting to update an employee's overtime rate, we receive the following message "From Updated 25C, the Calculation Card page won't be available to create or update Time Cards information. (PAY-1636786)". Could someone please provide documentation regarding this change and where we should make these changes after 25C.
