Quick Move Through Candidate Selection Process States unable to see reject button

Summary: We have successfully enabled the Quick Move Through Candidate Selection Process States feature in Oracle Recruiting Cloud. The "Move Forward" button is visible on the job application details page, on the side card, as expected. However, we are unable to see the "Reject" button.

Could you please provide guidance or steps to enable the "Reject" button for the job application details page? Any assistance or documentation to configure this setting would be greatly appreciated.
