How to edit Business Objects outside of VBCS programmatically

Summary:

We are building a VBCS page which needs to show 60+ LOVs. We are planning to store the data for LOV in Business Objects (BO). The data in the BO corresponds to Fusion Lookups. So whenever the Fusion Lookup is modified, we need to sync the updates on the Business Objects as well. So I am looking for a way to access the BO Apis from ourside.
