OM Extension not working in Redwood UI

Summary:

We have OM extension to check for when the order adjustment reason is not filled for sales order revision. when testing in Redwood, no error message was prompted while in ADF, there is. Extension is enabled on On Submit

Scenario:
1. Create a revision for a sales order.

2. Sales order status is in Draft and the line status becomes changed after updating the line details. User must also select a value for the EFF "Order Adjustment Reason" then proceed to submit the order.

3. When no value is selected for the EFF "Order Adjustment Reason", an error message is prompted. User would then need to select a value and resubmit the order. Otherwise, the order would remain in Draft and the line will be in Not Started status.
