How to remove "Notes about me" in the Feedback spotlight?

Hello,

We want to launch the feedback spotlight functionality. We would like to use everything except the "add note about me". I saw in some Oracle documentation that it could be done in VB studio but this possibility does not seems to exist anymore.
Could you please help me?
