Configuring plan dependency rules

Summary:

Our goal is to use plan dependency rules to ensure appropriate HSA plan enrollments based on the chosen medical plan. The rule we've implemented in our test environment isn't restricting the 'Employee Only' medical option to 'HSA Employee Only' coverage as intended. We also need a solution that handles multiple medical plan options that qualify for family HSA coverage, and we're finding that multiple rules aren't effectively achieving this.
