How do I add attachments in the Education Levels section on the Redwood Skills and Qualifications?

Summary:

Currently, this is the only section where it's not possible to add attachments, and it's important for verifying the employee's educational background — especially since this information is submitted for approval. The only available option is to add the document on the next page, under Additional Information, but this causes the attachment to appear only in the general Attachments section at the bottom of the page, rather than in the corresponding Education Levels section.
