AZA: Candidate Confirmation email is not triggered

Summary:

Hi Team,

Candidates are not received talent community verification emails. We have checked all the setups look good.

ORA_TALENT_COMM_CONFIRM_EXT is enabled, auto-confirm checkbox is also disabled and also tried by removing vanity email but still there is no luck. Anyone has faced similar issue, any inputs are much appreciated.

Note: We are having this issue in TEST application.
