Redwood: Use Redwood-Style Procurement Notifications

Hello experts,

With 25A we've noticed our PO Approval Notifications have moved to the Redwood Template, which is not the most user friendly or responsive.

Has anyone been able to update the color of the Approve and Reject Buttons? We are hoping to remove the banner at the top of the notification too
