performance evaluation

We would like to check if below changes are possible in year-end evaluation process in the system:

 

  1. Disable the employee's access to the rating section once it has been submitted by the Line Manager.
  2. Ensure that the Manager's rating flows to the Manager's Manager, who will review and round off the final score, i.e. the Manager's Manager can only submit 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5. 
  3. Allow the employee to view the final rating as given by the Manager's Manager only
  4. Seek confirmation from Manager's manager that the performance discussion has been completed with the employee
  5. Seek confirmation from the employee that the performance rating has been discussed with him/her.
