performance evaluation
We would like to check if below changes are possible in year-end evaluation process in the system:
- Disable the employee's access to the rating section once it has been submitted by the Line Manager.
- Ensure that the Manager's rating flows to the Manager's Manager, who will review and round off the final score, i.e. the Manager's Manager can only submit 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5.
- Allow the employee to view the final rating as given by the Manager's Manager only
- Seek confirmation from Manager's manager that the performance discussion has been completed with the employee
- Seek confirmation from the employee that the performance rating has been discussed with him/her.
