Redwood: Additional info page to be disables under Skills and Qualification

We have enabled Redwood profile option for Skills and Qualification page, but we have discovered that there is now an extra page-Add Additional info (screenshot).

It appears once employee click submit for the change like business title and then this page opens. We can hide fields like comments and attachment but even that this page appears after submission of the change.

Can we disable this page?
