I want the count of incident based on below condition

Hello Team,

Need your help Again. Below are the requirement to set the exception in the report. I want the count of incident based on below condition......

a. If 50% or less of the SLA has been consumed, the text should be green
b. If between 50% and 90% of the SLA has been consumed, the text should be orange
c. If 90% or more of the SLA has been consumed, the text should be red
d. If the SLA has expired, show a red flag on the row
