Pending since how many days Report

I need to make a report which has the following format. Since how many days is the incident in its current status. i.e. I want to calculate= count of (sysdate - max(Status change transaction) ) >1day.
Here since we cant take aggregate of aggregate in reports, I am not able to get the report.
