Any SOAP OR REST API to filter Receivable customer account number and site number

We are tried with below rest api to filter account number, but not received site number details,

there is one fields with site name, but that values not matched with site number

https://{InstanceURL}/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/customerAccountSitesLOV?q=AccountNumber='{Account Number}'

Thank you for advance, please help to provide if there is any REST or SOAP api to filter account number and site number
