Screen configuration is shared with User Types

Summary:

All new user types added in the fusion field service is with shared screen configuration and not able to create / change a user type with out the shared screen configuration

I am trying to create a separate User Type in the new Fusion Field Service and system is not allowing to create a user type that doesn't have a screen confguration with out being shared with existing user types. I no longer see the option to check or uncheck the share screen configuration option when adding a new user type and not able to find anywhere if i could just change it.
