Is it possible to update succession plan candidate readiness labels to match the plan strength bar?

We are looking to update the readiness labels for the individual candidates in the succession plan, so that the colors correspond with the plan strength bar. As shown below, all readiness labels are gray expect for 'Ready Now', where the plan strength bar has other colors to indicate readiness.

I understand that the plan strength bar colors are configurable in VBS, but I am not seeing the option to do this to the readiness labels for the candidates within the plan.
