RSSP – Requisition is having Delivery/ project/ billing details in both Header and line level

Summary:

In Classic requisition UI, it was only in line level the option of Delivery/ Project/ billing details exists which is more relevant and clearer for users.

However, in RSSP, we could see Delivery/ project/ billing details in both Header and line level

This is confusing our user base.

Could you please let us know what is the rationale behind having Delivery/ project/ billing details in both Header and line level?
