How to make the term search report space sensitive?

Hi,

We have this report to search for the terms in the articles and it is working fine but since we have last upgraded (Nov 2015) the users have started complaining that they can't search for the terms using the spaces but prior to the upgrade they were able to do that. In my view this report was never space sensitive but now whatever is the case I need to look for a solution.

If we search for the term "tob" we get the articles with not just "tob" but "October" and other related terms as well. Is there a way to make this report work with the spaces and only get the articles with the term "tob" in them?
