Hello Community,

I'm working on configuring the development goals approval workflow and need some help.

The requirement is as follows:

• When an employee adds a new development goal, it should require approval from the Line Manager.
• When an employee updates an existing goal, it should send an FYI notification only, without requiring approval.

I’ve tried using conditions like:

Development Goals.Goal Added Flag == "Y"

Development Goals.Goal Added Flag != "Y"

But the rules are not working as expected.

Could anyone guide me on how to properly configure the approval rules for this use case?
