Clarification Required on Strategy Task Cleanup in Advanced Collections Dashboard

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have implemented Advanced Collections and updated the dashboard with a new strategy. The strategy was executed successfully, and the first task — a soft dunning letter — was completed, after which the process moved on to the next task.

Later, we ran the “Update Collections Summary Data” program with the Delete parameter to remove dashboard data. This successfully deleted the summary data; however, we noticed that the Info Tiles still show 10 tasks assigned.

When clicking on these tasks, the system displays that strategies are still assigned — we are able to resend dunning letters, complete, or skip the tasks
