Not able to rename field in Redwood using User Interface Text

Summary:

Hello experts,

I have received a solution for renaming the field using User Interface Text in Redwood pages but when I have published the sandbox the changes are not reflecting.

So steps I have followed are -
1. Created a Sandbox
2. Search for the text to replace like Additional Compensation
3. Provide the replacement phrase - Individual Compensation Tab
4. Applied it.
5. Published the Sandbox

Please let me know if this is the correct process or I'm missing some point.
