Report - Created to Closed w/o Pending Customer Time

Sorry for all the questions lately!
I need to produce a report that will calculate time the tickets are pending action. Basically open time to closed time, minus any Pending Customer time. (Waiting/Pending)
Again, I've been looking at the standard reports we have but can't really find one that does what I want.
Any help would be greatly thanked!
