Handle Not Applicable Question for Scoring

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We are using questionnaire for manager's evaluation of employee task in Performance Document. The questionnaire contains 4 questions which needs to be answered by the manager.

When manager is providing response to these 4 questions, certain question might not be applicable for particular employee, so in that case manager is expected to select not applicable for those specific questions.

The final score (calculated as average) of questionnaires should be based on questions which are marked as applicable and provided suitable response on dependent questions.
