Redwood Benefits AI Agent - Questions

Summary:

We are exploring the Benefits AI agent in Redwood pages and have below questions:

1)Does the engine have access to data from outside of HCM or its extracts information from the documents loaded as part of the setup?

2) What is the functionality of the ESS 'Process Agent Documents'? Where does it stores the documents?

3) As we have implemented Benefits module in several countries and each country has its own Benefits offerings/documents? Is it possible to setup the agents as to retrieve info as per country
