How to create a custom page under Self Service > Benefits

Summary:

We have a custom page and button in RUI that we use for displaying links (to third party sites) to additional benefits for the employee which we need to be made available under the new Redwood UI for employee self service. I couldn't find any relevant documentation on how to create this. Any advice would be appreciated.
