Recruiting booster - Messaging Hub does not get updated
Summary:
We see an issue with one of the new features introduced in 25B - Redwood Experience: Manage Candidate Communications Using a Centralized Messaging Hub. Documentation states that one of the key features is to view and manage communications for all candidates. Setup section mentions that it does not require to run indexing process on recurring basis.
However, as we discovered, messages in the hub do not get updated and do not get synced with communication from candidate profile until we run the process.
Per communication via SR, syncing messages is not part of current system's design and will be considered an enchantment request.
