Transactional Survey Reporting - contact records

The question is two fold.
Our organization uses a one way API to push data from our product into the Service Cloud, this API push creates a new contact within our service cloud environment. We also allow our agents to create new contact records for new users yet to be created in our product environment.
Question one-
We are looking to report customer satisfaction by user based upon the length of use of our product. To aid us, we added the field: contacts.created in order to our report. I've attached a word doc that lists all the table joins. It looks "to me" that the contacts table is joined correctly.
