I am unable to filter Customer Account Based Upon Customer Account DFF using Soap API .

Can you please help
to query the customer Accounts Based Upon Account DFF.
API 1 (Soap) : https://iawmqy-dev2.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com:443/crmService/CustomerAccountService?WSDL

.Please suggest if same can be achieved through Rest /Soap or we need to use BIP .

Business Requirement: Is to get the Customer Accounts Based Upon Account DFF Value.
