Contact Point & Responsibility update - Customer FBDI 19 Sheets

Hi All,

• Trying to load Customer contact, points, relationships & responsibilities via customer FBDI 19 sheets.

• When trying one to one relationship, it works (One contact, one point & one responsibility).

• Requirement is to have one contact, multiple points as email, phone, fax & multiple responsibilities as DUN, STMTS, BILL_TO.

• How can this be achieved for both fresh and already migrated customer using the same approach.

What is the maximum permutation possible with this approach. What is the minimum number of sheets required for updating contact data for already migrated customer.
